1. SATUR TRAVEL, a.s., with its registered seat at Miletičova 1, 824 72 Bratislava, registered with the Commercial register of the District Court Bratislava I, Section Sa, file no. 2427/B (here in after referred to as “SATUR”) is a travel agency incorporated in accordance with Slovak laws and licensed to provide complex services in tourisms, mainly, but no limited to services offered via catalogues, brochures, web pages administered by SATUR.
2. Based on information provided by a client in the application form and sent to SATUR, SATUR will prepare an offer for the requested accommodation and services.
3. After client’s approval of the offer, in form of binding confirmation delivered to SATUR (via e-mail or fax) and within the relevant period during which the offer is valid, and realisation of the payment of the invoiced amount, SATUR will send a definite reservation confirmation and a voucher. The voucher contains information about all services reserved by the client and shall be handed over to the addressee of the voucher.
4. The contract on provision of services (here in after referred to as „contract“) is deemed to be concluded in the moment SATUR receives binding confirmation from the client in accordance with clause 2 and the full amount of the invoiced sum for the ordered services.
5. The payment shall be realised within the period stated in the offer and in the full amount, in any of the following ways:
• by credit card (VISA, MC....)
• by bank transfer to SATURs bank account stated in the invoice, in this case a confirmation of bank transfer must be sent to SATUR, by e-mail (info@acr.satur.sk) or fax (00421 2 501 13 701).The client acknowledges that any and all fees charged in respect to realisation of the payment are not included in the invoiced sum and are to be born by the client exclusively.
6. Shall the payment not be realised on time and/or in the full amount or the client does not confirm the offer within the given period, SATUR is not bound by the offer. If the client is still interested in the provision of services, new application form must be completed.
7. Any changes to the contract, including its cancellation must be delivered to the other contract party either by e-mail or by fax otherwise no changes and/or cancellation can become effective.
8. Cancellation fees:
In case the client cancels the ordered accommodation and/or services, following cancellation fees apply:
For accommodation:
a, individual reservation (F.I.T)
Cancellation delivered 4 and more days prior arrival - free of charge
Cancellation delivered not later than 1 day prior arrival - 50% of the invoiced total price for ordered accommodation
Cancellation delivered less than 24 hours prior arrival - 100% of the invoiced total price for the ordered accommodation
b, group reservation (from 15pax)
Will be advised in the confirmation of particular hotel reservation.
For all other services:
Cancellation delivered not later than 1 day prior arrival - free of charge
Cancellation delivered less than 24 hours prior arrival/No show - 100% of the invoiced price of the services ordered
The positive difference between the price paid by the client and charged cancellation fees will be returned by SATUR to client, preferably in the same way as the payment has been realised by the client.
9. Claims and complains
In case any short-coming or defect occurs by provision of accommodation or services ordered, the client must immediately inform the supplier and require remedy on place or, if this is not possible, contact with the claims and complaints SATUR via the Email: info@acr.satur.skSATUR will subsequently start to deal with the reported complain, using all means available to resolve the reason of the claim.If the reason for a complain is not resolved either by the supplier or SATUR, a statementcontaining description of a defect and its lasting, must be done in cooperation with the supplier. Subsequently, written complains containing all imported information and supported by the statement shall be delivered to SATUR without delay. Complains may be filed in Slovak, German or English language.SATUR undertakes to inform the client of settling the claim within 30 days after its receipt.In case of a justified complaint and when no or not sufficient remedy has been offered to the client on place, SATUR undertakes to reimburse the client, in the amount calculated on base of a difference between the price for provided services and for declared services. However, SATUR shall not be liable to reimburse the client with any expenses paid by the client without them being approved in advance by SATUR.
10. Insurance
SATUR recommends all clients to conclude relevant travel insurance effective for the whole duration of a trip. SATUR shall not be liable for any health problems, accidents or other injury, loss of luggage or damage caused to a third party.
11. Protection of personal data
The client acknowledges that in order to fulfil the contract, SATUR collects the personal data necessary for realisation of the contract and for marketing purposes, in compliance with the provision of the Data protection Act no. 428/2002 Coll. The client is entitled, upon request, to be informed by SATUR which of his/her personal data are stored by SATUR and to demand the personal data to be changed in case they are incorrect or retrieved illegally or to be deleted from the database.
12. Final provisions
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the client and SATUR and shall be valid for all cases unless explicitly agreed by both parties in written differently. Concluding the contract, the client confirms his/her acquaintance with these terms and conditions and their full acceptance. All other issues not regulated in these terms and conditions shall be governed by the applicable legislation valid in the Slovak republic
